  • Representing Alfa Duty-Free in a circa $360 million international arbitration lawsuit against German duty-free retailer Gebr Heinemann and in a $147 million lawsuit against Austrian duty-free retailer James Richardson alleging unlawful tender practices.
  • Serving as lead counsel to Excel Telecom, an Israeli supplier and importer of mobile phones and telecom equipment, in a multi-million lawsuit relating to an alleged breach of contractual commitments and antitrust law.
  • Representing Verso, an international eyewear distributor, in a lawsuit filed against Opticana referring to trademark infringement, misappropriation of goodwill, unfair competition, and other torts.
  • Representing BSH IL in a $22 million class action alleging deceptive advertising. We are also advising BSH IL on all customer-facing terms and conditions and commercial agreements with vendors, including providing counsel on litigation risks associated therewith.
  • Representing Caesarstone, a publicly-traded manufacturer of quartz surfaces in 150-plus personal injury claims (including class actions) alleging product liability and product defects.
  • Advised Celio, a leading French mass-retail group, in relation to the restructuring of the activity of its franchise in Israel.
  • Advising SolelAben on a US$25 million dispute relating to the construction of a massive solar field.
  • Representing Chemi San Trade (2017) a distributor of raw materials and chemicals in a dispute against CLP, a subsidiary of Tadbik Israeli Flexible Packaging Solutions group, in a contractual claim relating to a breach of contract, which allegedly caused massive damages to products and resulted in a shutdown of a production line for the period of several months.
  • Represented a leading European industrial vehicle manufacturer in class action certification proceedings alleging engagement in price-fixing and information exchanges in a cartel-related to the company’s services.
  • Representing a leading Japanese general trading and investment company in a major product liability claim.
  • Representing Leiman Schlussel, one of Israel’s 10 largest food importers, in their ongoing defense against class action involving allegations of unlawful, deceptive, and misbranded labeling of products.
  • Representing Triumph International in a $7 million class action lawsuit alleging violation of the law for restricting weight in the modeling industry.
  • Defended Dubek, the largest Israeli manufacturer of tobacco products, against claims by smokers, governments, and health authorities.
