Alina Shehter focuses her practice on planning and construction and real estate law, representing and advising private entities and local authorities.

Alina has extensive litigation experience and represents clients before planning authorities, administrative tribunals, and courts throughout Israel in matters involving planning and construction and business licensing. Her experience includes objection proceedings, proceedings before various appellate committees, administrative petitions, civil proceedings, including class actions, and compensation claims.

As part of her ongoing practice, Alina represents and advises a broad range of entities operating in the Israeli market, including private and public companies, particularly in the real estate sector, on the statutory and regulatory aspects of their real estate activities. She advises on matters involving betterment levies and fees and assists clients in their dealings with professional consultants, including architects and appraisers, as well as government authorities and other relevant regulatory bodies.

Alina also advises on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, providing guidance on planning and construction matters and assisting clients with licensing procedures and the issuance of building permits.

Alina's practice also includes representing private entities in business licensing proceedings and criminal proceedings involving alleged violations of planning and construction laws.
