Anat Morag Michaely is an associate at the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir where she specializes in complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial and business litigation, real estate litigation, and professional liability and administrative law. Drawing from her broad experience representing companies and individuals in a wide range of disputes before courts, arbitral tribunals, and mediators, Anat routinely counsels companies and individuals on various areas of civil law. She also provides pro-bono legal assistance to non-profit organizations, such as HIAS Israel.

 

Anat joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2014, completed her internship with the firm, and has been an associate since 2019.

 

During her legal studies, Anat was a member of the Tel Aviv University Housing, Community and Law Clinic, through which she provided legal advice and promoted the right to adequate and affordable housing by initiating urban renewal projects. She also served as member of the Editorial Board of Tel-Aviv Journal of Law & Social Change.
