Bar Davari is an associate in the Capital Markets and Securities practice at Naschitz Brandes Amir. He advises public and private companies on capital markets, corporate, securities, and commercial matters, including reporting and disclosure obligations, corporate governance, securities regulation, and complex commercial transactions.

Bar represents companies across a range of sectors, including technology, financial services, innovation-driven businesses, and emerging industries. He advises clients on sophisticated legal and regulatory matters in rapidly evolving business environments. In addition to his capital markets practice, Bar has experience advising on tax and business regulation, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, cross-border matters, and other commercial transactions.

Bar also advises on matters involving blockchain technology, digital assets, fintech, and emerging regulatory frameworks. He is a member of the Crypto and Blockchain Committee of the Israel Bar Association and is actively involved in legal and regulatory developments affecting the digital assets and fintech sectors.

Before joining Naschitz Brandes Amir, Bar worked in the tax department of a Big Four professional services firm, where he advised on tax, regulatory, and complex commercial matters. Earlier in his career, he completed his legal internship at a leading Israeli law firm, focusing on commercial litigation. During his studies, Bar served as a research and teaching assistant in several areas of law and conducted research on artificial intelligence and the law.
