Partner Elad Afari specializes in navigating complex insolvency cases, serving as a trustee in specific instances and also representing debtors, creditors, and investors in rehabilitation, liquidation, and debt settlement proceedings for companies facing financial challenges. Additionally, he oversees insolvency cases for companies, associations, cooperatives, local authorities, and individuals. Beyond insolvency, Adv. Afari has notable expertise in handling civil and administrative legal disputes.
After working at Cohen Wilchek for about six years, Adv. Afari became a partner in early 2010. His prior experience includes an internship with Judge Varda Alshech, the former Tel Aviv District Court Deputy President. Adv. Afari joined the firm in 2024, after the merger between Cohen, Wilchek & Co. and Naschitz Brandes Amir.
