Naschitz Brandes Amir’s leading restructuring practice team routinely helps clients navigate complex domestic and cross-border issues involved with insolvency, receivership, realization and sale of assets, creditor arrangements, and the rehabilitation of companies undergoing difficulties. We regularly serve as appointees (liquidators, receivers, or trustees in stays of proceedings) in complex restructuring and insolvency proceedings, including for major retailers and infrastructure companies.

A significant part of our practice focuses on the representation of creditors, both secured and unsecured, including major Israeli financial institutions and commercial banks. Such representation includes defending the creditors’ rights in situations of debtor insolvency, the realization of assets, investigations, and complex disputes involving creditor rights and priorities.

The team also represents banks against claims and class actions alleging consumer law breaches, money laundering, and other matters.
