Elyasaf Miller, an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice at Naschitz Brandes Amir, specializes in representing clients in commercial legal proceedings across various courts, including arbitration and mediation. His expertise encompasses managing complex civil and commercial disputes, handling class actions, and representing municipalities before administrative courts.
Before joining Cohen Wilchek, which later merged with Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2024, Elyasaf served as a legal assistant for several Israeli judges, including Judge Ofer Grosskopf. Subsequently, he gained valuable experience in the legal practice of Caspi & Co.
Elyasaf is a certified mediator licensed by the Israel Bar Association.
