Gil Gover, an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes, counsels and represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of Intellectual Property matters including patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, plant breeders’ rights, and trade secrets.
Furthermore, Gil specializes in IP dispute resolution and litigates on behalf of clients in courts throughout the country, including in enforcement actions. He has gained extensive experience in prosecuting intellectual property rights before the Israel Patents Office, and he provides commercial clients of the firm with advice on licensing, employment, transactions, service provision, and freedom to operate.
Gil's clients come from a variety of industries, such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, environmental protection, IT, telecommunications, fintech, media and entertainment, as well as traditional industries.
Gil joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2021.
