Partner Hagai Ashlagi specializes in commercial and administrative litigation. He also provides ongoing legal counsel and facilitates commercial transactions for companies. Adv. Ashlagi represents clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations across various commercial domains, including corporate law, capital markets, intellectual property, administrative law, real estate, advertising law, sports law, and labor law. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator in both civil and commercial cases.

Adv. Ashlagi began his career with Haim Zadok & Co. before becoming a partner and head of the litigation department at Cohen, Ashlagi, Eshel. The firm subsequently transformed into Eshel, Ashlagi, Rozent Law Offices, which merged with Cohen Wilchek in 2020. In 2024, after the merger with Cohen, Wilchek & Co., Adv. Ashlagi joined Nashitz Brandes Amir.

Adv. Ashlagi co-founded Tebeka - Advocacy for Equality & Justice for Ethiopian Israelis.
