Liran Belaish is an associate attorney in the Corporate Group of Naschitz Brandes Amir where he focuses his practice on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, high-tech transactions including private equity financings and commercial transactions. In addition, Liran provides ongoing counseling to high-tech companies in various areas of the law.
Liran joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2017 following the completion of his internship with the firm.
