Mor Itzik is a partner whose practice encompasses the full scope of real estate and construction law. She specializes in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, contractor agreements for infrastructure and residential construction projects, planning agreements, supervision agreements, and consultant agreements in the construction sector. Mor also manages and advises on complex real estate transactions, with particular emphasis on urban renewal projects—specifically Evacuation-and-Construction ("Pinui Binui") transactions—an area in which she has developed significant expertise.

In addition, Mor advises on various aspects of planning and construction law. She conducts legal and property analyses of statutory zoning plans from the initial planning stage through post-approval and prepares detailed legal analyses and opinions addressing clients’ strategic and commercial priorities. Her experience includes preparing and filing objections and appeals; representing clients before courts and administrative bodies, including appeals committees; and handling precedent-setting real estate matters in the kibbutzim and cooperative societies sector. She also has extensive experience in legal planning reviews and betterment tax matters, and counsels on land redevelopment transactions and other real estate-related proceedings.

Mor provides ongoing counsel to companies, developers, industrial enterprises, and cooperative associations.

Mor completed her legal internship in 2014 at Arnon, Tadmory-Levy & Co., where she gained experience in commercial and civil litigation, real estate, public tenders, and employment law.
