Oren Maor is a partner in Naschitz Brandes Amir’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, where he specializes in civil and commercial litigation and regularly appears before courts of all instances, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings on behalf of his clients. Oren’s extensive legal experience encompasses corporate, real estate, and administrative litigation, and professional liability claims against lawyers, accountants, corporate directors and officers, and other professionals. In addition, Oren represents and provides ongoing legal advice and assistance to various clients on matters relating to civil, commercial, and contract law. His roster of domestic and international clients includes government institutions and municipalities.

 

Oren joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2003 after completing his internship with the firm.

  • Successful representation in arbitration proceedings of a debt and investment fund in a contract dispute over the terms of investment in a large Israeli company.
  • Representation of contractors and real estate companies in all legal aspects, including representation on claims and ongoing consultation.
  • Representation of a health organization in all commercial litigation aspects.
  • Successful representation of a shareholder and his heirs in a complex commercial dispute over his shareholdings in several companies in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Successful representation in an attorney professional liability claim in the amount of NIS 100 million, filed by a shareholder against the attorney handling a series of transactions for the financing and sale of a company.
  • Successful representation in a professional liability claim in the amount of NIS 60 million, against an attorney in connection with the attorney's representation of multiple parties in a share purchase transaction.
