Pnina Broder Manor, a partner and co-head of the firm’s Employment practice, represents domestic and international clients in a broad spectrum of commercial and employment matters. Her practice is particularly focused on advising multinational corporations across numerous sectors with respect to their activities in Israel, both at the set-up stage and thereafter.

 

Pnina represents commercial clients, private companies in all stages of development, public companies, and government entities. She provides strategic and practical advice and has experience in the fields of commercial law, corporate law, labor and employment law, and domestic and international transactions.

 

A native of Canada, Pnina is fluent in English and Hebrew. She clerked at the Israel Supreme Court and joined the firm in 1992, becoming a partner in 2001.

  • Advising foreign clients on all aspects of Israeli employment law, including recruiting, background checks, minimal employee rights, market practices, employment terms and contracts, compensation and benefits, time recording, overtime, weekly rest, performance management, leaves, discrimination, harassment, privacy rights, pensions, severance pay, termination, unfair competition, and others.
