Shannie Zahavi is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice. She advises clients on significant and complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, lease agreements, urban renewal projects, and combination transactions.
Shannie counsels clients throughout all stages of a real estate transaction, from initial negotiations through closing. She drafts and negotiates complex agreements and represents a broad range of clients, including real estate entrepreneurs and developers, in connection with sophisticated transactions and related commercial matters.
Shannie joined Naschitz Brandes Amir after completing her legal internship at the firm. She holds an LL.B. and a B.A. in Psychology.
