Tamar Shmueli is an associate in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where her practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation. She represents clients in complex cases, including contractual and shareholder disputes, derivative claims, class actions, and defamation matters.

Before joining Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2026, Tamar practiced commercial litigation at a leading Israeli law firm, where she represented and advised domestic and international clients in a broad range of business disputes and related advisory matters. Prior to that, she served as a law clerk and subsequently as a senior law clerk to the Hon. Uzi Vogelman, Acting Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Israel, where she worked on complex matters spanning tax, contract, administrative, and criminal law. Earlier in her career, Tamar clerked at the High Court of Justice Department of the Office of the State Attorney, where she worked on administrative and constitutional litigation before the Supreme Court of Israel.
