Tom Gott is an associate in the firm’s Haifa–Nesher office, specializing in energy, renewables, and infrastructure, with additional expertise in real estate. He has extensive experience advising on complex projects and commercial transactions in the private, agricultural, and settlement sectors.

 

Tom provides ongoing legal counsel to cooperative associations, private companies, and entrepreneurs engaged in renewable energy ventures. His work includes drafting and negotiating agreements with energy companies, EPC and O&M contractors, power purchase agreements (PPAs), and financing entities. He advises on all legal aspects of the development, operation, and financing of electricity generation and storage facilities.

 

Tom's practice focuses on structuring and negotiating commercial agreements and managing complex contractual frameworks in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He also advises on real estate transactions, particularly those involving proprietary and contractual rights in agricultural land, homesteads, and settlement properties.

 

Tom completed his legal internship at the Civil Division of the Haifa District Attorney’s Office. Following his admission to the Israel Bar, he gained substantial experience at leading law firms in Israel.
