Tommy Manor is co-head of Naschitz Brandes Amir’s Employment Practice and a leading member of our Public & Administrative Law Practice. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of employment law matters with a particular focus on litigation, labor disputes, and collective bargaining. A significant portion of Tommy’s practice involves representing clients in legal proceedings involving public tenders and regulations as well as commercial litigation disputes.

 

Tommy has appeared on behalf of his clients before all legal fora in Israel, including the Supreme Court, the High Labor Court, and various administrative courts. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator, working with parties to resolve a wide variety of disputes.   

  • Represented El Al Israel Airlines in legal proceedings with an age discrimination claim.
  • Represented a liquidator in a precedent-setting case involving “piercing of the corporate veil” due to lack of sufficient capital.
  • Represented a number of poultry growers in several petitions seeking Supreme Court review of a structural reform put to action by the government.
  • Represent defendants in a 250,000 NIS claim brought by the liquidators of Agrexco, a part state-owned exporter of agricultural produce.
  • Represented a big food chain in collective bargaining related to the relocation of its factory to southern Israel.
