Representing Alfa Duty-Free in a circa $360 million international arbitration lawsuit against German duty free retailer Gebr Heinemann and in a $147 million lawsuit against Austrian duty-free retailer James Richardson alleging unlawful tender practices.



Representing Verso, an international eyewear distributor, in a lawsuit filed against Opticana referring to trademark infringement, misappropriation of goodwill, unfair competition, and other torts.
