Uri has extensive experience representing and advising clients on all legal aspects related to zoning and construction, both on a local and national level. Furthermore, Uri has a wealth of experience representing both individuals and corporations through the complex process of obtaining and maintaining regulatory approvals for urban and rural zoning plans, construction permits, expropriation, and changes in land and real estate designations, including conversions from rural to residential, commercial, or industrial purposes.
