Yaniv Erlich is a Partner and Co-head of the Israeli Tax Practice in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir.
Yaniv is a highly experienced and solution-oriented tax practitioner with a strong record in tax law, specializing in the high-tech industry. He has successfully negotiated and secured numerous tax arrangements with the Israeli Tax Authority on behalf of founders and corporations. He is skilled in all tax aspects of complex M&A transactions, relocations, long-term equity incentives, transfer pricing, international taxation, corporate finance, tax law, and accounting.
Yaniv has extensive experience providing a wide range of tax services to high-tech companies, both private and public, from multinational enterprises (MNEs) to early-stage startups. His work spans the full spectrum of tax matters, including ongoing advisory, tax rulings, representation in tax assessments, support in M&A and initial public offerings (IPOs), and tax accounting (provisions and FIN 48).
Before joining Naschitz Brandes Amir, Yaniv was a Tax Partner at EY Israel, and prior to that, served as Head of the Tax Department at one of Israel’s largest law firms.
Yaniv holds a B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration and an M.B.A. from the College of Management Academic Studies.
