Yuval Nizri is an associate in the Haifa–Nesher office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where he focuses his practice on civil and commercial law. He provides ongoing legal and commercial counsel to corporations, including companies, partnerships, and cooperative societies, on a broad range of civil and corporate matters. His work includes negotiating, advising on commercial transactions and joint ventures, drafting agreements, and preparing legal opinions on various commercial, civil, and corporate law issues. Yuval also handles the incorporation of corporate entities and the voluntary dissolution of corporations.

Yuval joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2025 following its merger with Shlomo Cohen & Co. He previously completed his legal internship at the Haifa District Attorney’s Office (Civil Department), where he represented the State in a variety of civil legal proceedings.
