Zohar Chikorel is an associate in the firm's Tel-Aviv office where she practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on high-tech transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions including private equity financings (VCs and others). In addition, Zohar provides ongoing counsel to high-tech companies in various areas of the law.

Prior to her joining to our firm, Zohar worked at M.Firon & Co where advised on various aspects of civil and commercial law.
