Advised MeMed, a med tech and bio-convergence company, on its $93 million Series E financing round. We have represented MeMed Diagnostics on a range of matters since its incorporation, including the signing of a strategic partnership with Italian Biotech giant DiaSorin to market and develop the company’s products.
Advised MDClone, a healthcare data analysis startup, on a number of its investment rounds. We also counsel MDClone on various commercial agreements with Israeli medical centers and healthcare providers.
