Excel Telecom

Serving as lead counsel to Excel Telecom in a dispute involving an alleged breach of contractual commitment and antitrust violations.



Acted for Cellcom in a claim made against its insurer for refusing to grant liability insurance coverage to the plaintiff, as for Citi, Deutsche Bank, and Goldman Sachs as underwriters in Cellcom's $400 million NYSE IPO.
