Daniel Berenstein Gal is a partner in the firm’s Tel Aviv office. She began her professional career as an intern at the firm and specializes in a wide range of real estate matters, including transactions, projects, land taxation law, and urban renewal. She also has a strong background in real estate litigation.
Ms. Berenstein Gal works with entrepreneurs, developers, and property owners to plan and execute large-scale and complex commercial and residential real estate projects. She has extensive experience handling a variety of transactions, including combination transactions, urban renewal projects, and National Building Plan No. 38 (TAMA 38) projects for reinforcing buildings against earthquakes. In addition, she represents purchasing groups in the acquisition and development of real estate projects and advises on a wide range of sale and lease transactions involving real estate assets.
In addition to her transactional work, Ms. Berentsin Gal also has expertise in representing clients in real estate litigation proceedings, as well as in planning and zoning matters.
