Naschitz Brandes Amir Elects Six New Partners Across Core Practices

On February 2, 2026, Naschitz Brandes Amir announced the election of six new partners from within the firm’s ranks, reflecting the continued growth and depth of its practices across core sectors of the Israeli and international markets.

The newly appointed partners are:

 

Daniel Berenstein Gal – Real Estate
Daniel advises entrepreneurs, developers, and property owners on complex commercial and residential real estate transactions, including combination transactions, urban renewal projects, and TAMA 38 matters. She brings extensive experience in structuring and executing large-scale projects and also represents clients in real estate litigation and planning and zoning proceedings.

 

Didi Gerstenfeld – Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Didi focuses on civil litigation, with particular depth in torts, insurance law, professional liability, and personal injury matters. She represents clients in complex, high-stakes disputes across a broad range of industries.

 

Mayrav Danor Hoffer – Corporate
Mayrav represents emerging growth companies and venture capital funds in domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financings, and other high-tech transactions. She also provides ongoing strategic corporate counsel to technology-driven businesses at all stages of development.

 

Galit Manobla Landman – Kibbutzim & Cooperative Societies
