Daniel Berenstein Gal is an associate at the firm's Tel-Aviv office, who began her professional career as an intern at the firm. She specializes in a wide range of real estate related areas such as transactions, projects, land taxation law, urban renewal projects and has a strong background in real estate litigation.

 

Ms. Berenstein Gal works with entrepreneurs, developers, and property owners to help them plan and execute large-scale and complex commercial and residential real estate projects. She has experience handling a variety of transactions, including combination transactions, urban renewal projects, National Building Plan No. 38 projects (for reinforcing buildings against earthquakes). Additionally, she represents purchasing groups in procuring and developing real estate projects, and has experience handling a wide range of sale & lease transactions of real estate assets.

 

In addition to her transactional work, Ms. Berentsin Gal also has expertise in representing clients in related real estate litigation proceedings and planning and zoning issues.
