Eden Sinderovsky is an associate in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she advises technology companies at all stages of growth on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Her practice includes general corporate counseling, venture capital and private equity investments, and complex commercial transactions.

Eden joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2024, following the completion of her internship at the firm. During her legal studies, she participated in a cross-border international business negotiations program in collaboration with the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she gained hands-on experience in structuring and negotiating international transactions.
