Erez Sapir is a partner in the Real Estate Practice of Naschitz Brandes Amir. His focus spans various aspects of real estate law (including land taxation law), administrative law, as well as planning & construction law. Erez provides comprehensive legal guidance to property owners, developers, and entrepreneurs and has been involved in numerous large-scale real estate projects in Israel from early-stage development to completion. Erez has significant experience in the field of urban renewal - including "TAMA (National Outline Plan) 38" and "Pinui Binui"- projects, and invaluable familiarity with the inner workings of the Israel Land Administration with regard to development agreements, long-term leasing arrangements, and registration of the purchaser’s rights (land ownership transfer rights) with the relevant authorities. He also represents agricultural landowners with respect to urban planning matters.

In addition, Erez serves as an advisor and guide to a number of purchasing groups, including the largest group that was formed for the purpose of carrying out a construction project in Jerusalem. For the past 15 years, Erez has been handling a residential real estate project for one of the largest public companies in Israel, leading to the successful construction of dozens of buildings and providing homes for hundreds of families thus far.
