Jeffrey Gluck is a Senior Attorney in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where his practice focuses on United States intellectual property law. Jeff advises clients across many technology sectors on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including patent application preparation and prosecution, intellectual property portfolio development and management, trade secrets, copyright law, IP due diligence, freedom-to-operate opinions, and open-source licensing. He has also provided advice regarding trademark and trade dress law.
Jeff has extensive experience working with companies of all sizes and individual inventors, as well as with investors and patent licensing pool facilitators. He has worked with early-stage startup companies as well as with large established companies. His extensive technical background and engineering experience enable him to provide deep insights into clients’ and competitors’ technologies.
Before joining Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2026, Jeff practiced at leading U.S. law firms, including, Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel, Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg (Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz), and Venable. He was also a Patent Examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and prior to that had a career in research and development that included roles in academia, government, and industry.

- Successfully represented Guidetech, LLC in appeal of lower court decision in a patent infringement case at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (Guidetech, LLC v. Brilliant Instruments, Inc. (2013))
- Represented On-Chip Technologies, Inc. in patent due diligence during the acquisition of their patent portfolio by Intellectual Ventures, LLC, after assisting On-Chip Technologies with the development of their patent portfolio.
- Assisted eASIC Corporation with patent due diligence matters during their acquisition by Intel Corporation, after having assisted eASIC Corporation with the development of their patent portfolio from their inception.
- Successfully represented pro bono client during successive appeals before the U.S. Social Security Administration.
