Michal Fux, a partner in Naschitz Brandes Amir’s Tel-Aviv office, focuses her practice on commercial law with a particular emphasis on Information Technology, Intellectual Property, Mergers and Acquisitions, Telecommunications and Media, and other related commercial transactions. She regularly assists clients with matters pertaining to software licensing, joint ventures, purchase and supply of goods and services, and similar matters.
In addition, Michal has significant expertise in drafting and negotiating content licensing, TV productions, channel distribution, and content merchandising agreements, as well as associated copyright transactions.
