Shai Dill's practice focuses on emerging technology companies and their investors, corporate law, crowdfunding, and technology transactions. He regularly provides general corporate advice to domestic and international private and public companies in a variety of corporate matters. He also works closely with leading high-tech companies at all stages of growth.

 

Shai has significant experience counseling multinational clients in connection with their operations in Israel as well as representing Israeli companies in cross-border transactions, including in the US and Europe.

 

Shai’s extensive client roster includes companies operating in a range of areas, such as cyber security, crowdfunding, peer to peer lending, software, internet, healthcare, telecom, testing solutions, storage, retail, and others. Shai also advises on Israel-specific aspects of privacy and data protection to a number of multinational companies.

 

In 2007, Shai worked as a visiting international attorney at Morrison Foerster.



  • Represented RDT’s shareholders in the sale of the entire group to Matrix IT.
  • Represented the stockholders of CyberMDX in the sale of all company shares to Forescout.
  • Representing Group 207 in the sale of company shares to MSC.
  • Representation of SanDisk in its $1.6 billion acquisition of M-Systems.
  • Assisting DBMotion in its agreements with the Israeli ministry of Health for implementing the “Ofek” system in Israeli medical institutions (HMOs’ and hospitals).
  • Takes an active role in the Crowd Funding arena, including representing E-Loan – the first Israeli peer-to-peer lending and ExitValley – the first Israeli crowd funding platform.

Mr Dill is a founder of the AKBAN committee which organizes voluntary and social events in the field of martial arts.
