Ben Shitrit

Shirel Ben Shitrit is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she practices corporate law with an emphasis on representation of emerging growth companies and venture capital funds. Her work with companies spans the entire corporate lifecycle, including general corporate representation, private equity financing and commercial transactions, and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Shirel joined Naschitz Brandes Amir as an associate in 2025, after completing her internship at the firm. During her studies, she was a member of the Faculty of Law’s Excellence Program at the College of Management, worked at the Israel Securities Authority’s International and Business Development Department, and took part in the firm’s Hi-Tech Workshop.
