On November 5, 2025, Globes reported that Kratos Defense & Security Solutions (NASDAQ: KTOS) has acquired Orbit Technologies (TASE: ORBI), a leading provider of mission-critical satellite-based communication systems, in a transaction valued at $356 million.
The acquisition marks a major milestone in Israel’s defense technology sector and reflects the growing global demand for advanced satellite communication solutions.
