Inbal Dahan-Sharon is a partner in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she heads the firm’s Export Control and Defense Tech practice. Inbal advises clients on export control, corporate, and commercial matters, representing a wide range of companies, primarily in the technology sector, in complex transactions, technology licensing, joint ventures, equity financings, general legal support, and corporate governance.

Inbal has extensive experience advising companies on dual-use and defense export-control matters, as well as broad-based legal and transactional experience in complex commercial transactions, with a clear focus on practical and business considerations.

In the governmental sector, Inbal has represented a defense-related government company for several years in all legal and regulatory aspects of its activities. As part of this representation, she advises the company on major transactions and large-scale projects of national importance that involve complex legal, commercial, and regulatory issues.

Before merging her practice with Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2025, Inbal operated her own law office for nine years. From 2005 to 2016, she served as General Counsel, Export Compliance Officer, and a member of the senior management team at a publicly traded Israeli company. Following its acquisition by a Nasdaq-listed U.S. corporation, a transaction in which she played a key role, Inbal served as Associate General Counsel for Europe and Israel at the American parent company (2011–2016). In that capacity, she managed a wide range of complex commercial transactions, including structural change transactions and the establishment of subsidiaries and manufacturing facilities worldwide, and worked extensively with regulatory authorities.
