Noam is a partner in the firm’s Tel Aviv office, where he focuses his practice on corporate and commercial law, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and capital transactions, including venture capital investments and private equity financings across a wide range of industries. He also provides ongoing legal advice to venture capital firms, traditional industrial companies, and high-tech companies at all stages of development.
Noam joined the firm as an associate in June 2017, following the completion of his internship with the firm.
