Aliza Weiss is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she focuses on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and private financings. Additionally, she regularly advises high-tech companies on a variety of legal matters.
