Sapir Zadok is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she practices corporate law with an emphasis on representation of emerging growth companies and venture capital funds in mergers and acquisitions and high-tech transactions including private equity financings and commercial transactions.
Sapir joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2022 following the completion of her internship with the firm.
