Mr. Eliash concentrates his practice on advising clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and international transactions. He also represents technology companies and start-ups in a variety of commercial transactions and ongoing matters throughout their life cycle, from inception to maturity and exit.

 

Additionally, Mr. Eliash has extensive experience and expertise with infrastructure, project finance, and energy projects and has represented Israeli and international clients in connection with the development, acquisition, and financing of energy and infrastructure projects.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Eliash worked at another leading Israeli law firm and before that, he was an associate with Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. Earlier in his career, Mr. Eliash clerked at the Israeli Supreme Court (Justice Shlomo Levin).

  • Representation of TASE-listed Ham-Let Ltd. in its acquisition by NASDAQ-listed UCT.
  • Representation of Nasdaq-listed Kamada in its acquisition of a portfolio of FDA-approved commercial products from Saol Therapeutics.
  • Representation of NASDAQ-listed EZchip Semiconductor in its acquisition by NASDAQ-listed Mellanox Technologies.
  • Representation of TASE-listed Shikun & Binui in its sale of the O&M of the Hadera Water Desalination Facility to IDE Technologies and in the sale of the concessionaire of the North Highway Project.
  • Representation of TASE-listed Shikun & Binui in the formation of an infrastructure fund, funded by top institutional investors and the sale of a portfolio of infrastructure projects to this fund.
  • Representation of the cyber technology company, CyberMDX, in its acquisition by Forescout.
  • Representation of the medical device company, Simplivia, in its acquisition of Novamed.
  • Representation of FIMI and Simplivia in the sale of a minority interest in Simplivia by FIMI to Leumi Partners, and the Phoenix Group.
  • Representation of the global private equity firm TPG in its acquisition of iMDsoft.
  • Representation of Poalim Equity in various investment transactions, including investments in Nisco, Laline, and Newpan.
  • Representation of the public transportation company, Dan, in its participation in the Light Rail Tender (Purple and Green Lines).
  • Representation of TASE-listed Lahav in connection with various solar energy projects.
