Mayrav Danor Hoffer is an associate in the firm's Corporate Group. Her practice primarily focuses on the representation of emerging growth companies and venture capital funds on matters of corporate and commercial law. She regularly assists clients with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and high-tech transactions, including investments, private equity financings, and commercial transactions, in addition to general corporate representation and counseling of clients.

 

Mayrav joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2018 after interning at the firm. During her legal studies, she co-authored an article titled “Not Just for Illicit Trade in Contraband Anymore: Using Blockchain to Solve a Millennial-Long Problem with Bills of Lading,” which was published in the Virginia Journal of Law & Technology (Va. JL & Tech.22 (2018): ii) as part of the merit program of Zvi Meitar Institute for the Legal Implications of Emerging Technologies. She also served as a member of the Legal Clinic for Startups, providing legal assistance to entrepreneurs from the geographic and social periphery. From 2014 to 2016, Mayrav served as co-head of the Social Entrepreneurship Club at Reichman University.
