Shahar Buskila is an associate in the Tel Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, specializing in corporate and commercial law with a focus on emerging growth companies and venture capital funds. His practice encompasses the entire corporate lifecycle, including general corporate advice, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and private financing, with a particular emphasis on the hi-tech sector.
Shahar joined Naschitz Brandes Amir in 2024, following the completion of his internship at the firm. During his legal studies, Shahar attended the firm’s Hi-Tech Program and participated in a competition simulating the negotiation of a cross-border commercial transaction in the tech sector. He also participated in the "Law and Judgment in Practice" clinic at the College of Management, working alongside a judge at the Tel Aviv District Court.

שחר הצטרף למשרד בשנת 2024, לאחר שסיים בהצלחה את התמחותו במשרד. במהלך לימודי המשפטים, שחר לקח חלק בסדנת ההיי-טק של המשרד והתחרה בתחרות משא ומתן מסחרי חוצת גבולות בתחום ההיי-טק. בנוסף, שחר לקח חלק בתכנית "משפט ושיפוט הלכה למעשה" של מכללה למנהל, במסגרתה הוצמד לשופטת בית המשפט המחוזי, למד את מלאכת השיפוט וסייע בעבודתה.
